Thank you for using Pause4Poise.com. Pause4Poise (or P4P, which can be used interchangeably) maintains this space (site) for your convenience, education, wellbeing, entertainment and information. Please be aware that by using and browsing through P4P, you are also agreeing to the following terms.

1. COPYRIGHTS. All content on this web site, on P4P’s Facebook page and Twitter tweets and other relevant networking pages, and/or on e-mails distributions from P4P to you (including text, logos, graphics and images (unless stated otherwise or attributed to someone else as someone else’s material), P4P icons, and selection and arrangement of such content (which is altogether: the “Content”) is the exclusive property of P4P (unless stated otherwise within content). 3. USING THE SITE. You may use, download or print Content displayed on P4P for noncommercial, personal use only. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, post, or otherwise use the content for public or commercial purposes without written permission.

4. USER COMMENTS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS: Users may post comments on content under spa reviews and blog articles as permitted by comment boxes provided. You may post comments only after providing certain personal information. Users shall not provide false identity information and hence mislead P4P or any other member of its community (visitors and users alike). Users shall not pose to be someone else other than themselves.

5. PERSONAL DATA: Personal data that you provide to interact on the site will not be used in any other way other than to contact you if and when necessary.

6. NATURE OF COMMENTS: Users and visitors are solely responsible for all materials that they make available and/or public (which is User / Your Content) on P4P. You or Your Content may not damnify or violate the rights of any third party, infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or any other personal or proprietary rights of any person, institution, web site or entity. You also agree that Your Content will not contain unlawful, abusive, corrupt, rude or obscene material (determined by P4P’s discretion), or contain any computer virus or other malicious code that could in any way affect the operation of the site or any computer that connects to this site. 9. SPA VENUES AND REVIEWS: The reviews published under section Pause4Poise are based solely on the writer’s private opinion. PHONE NUMBERS, ADDRESSES, WEB SITE INFORMATION, E-MAILS, AND OTHER FACTUAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VENUES AND ITS FACILITIES WERE CORRECT TO THE BEST OF THE WRITER’S KNOWLEDGE at the time of publishment. ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGES MAY NOT ALWAYS BE REFLECTED. The writer will try to amend and reflect such changes as accurately and timely as possible, but the writer does not have an obligation to do so.

Subjective information such as ambiance, venue type, therapist, service etc. are also based on the writer’s private opinions. Users understand that such information are subjective views and that they are not facts.

9. DISCLAIMER: P4P cannot be held responsible for any damages (including, but not limited to indirect, incidental or secondary damage) or loss of profit arising out of your use or inability to use the site. Please also bear in mind that:

- Spa Reviews are personal and private opinions of P4P author(s), they are suggestions and do not constitute facts. P4P shall not be responsible for any emotional, material, incidental or secondary damages that venues or spa visitors experience as a result of their use of P4P.

10. PRIVACY. P4P does not collect personal information. You may be prompted to provide your name and email address as you wish to interact with the site, the author or post a comment. Those are not voluntarily recorded and kept in a database and are not meant to be shared with any other third parties unless authorized and approved by you.
